NICHI Model Tool Kit
Who is this Toolkit for? This toolkit has been developed for community based practitioners who want to support local communities to build a healthier community.
The toolkit describes the process of supporting communities through the Model and includes resources used, referred to as ‘Tools’. It is based on the experiences of communities and NICHI Project Officers, with the guidance of the NICHI steering group, which includes the managers in the Community Support Networks and the Public Health Agency.
