The Trauma Summit welcomes speakers and delegates from all across the world. In 2022 we had delegates attend virtually from over 60 countries. With our Hybrid option, and Virtual Only option you will have access to our online platform, powered by Whova.
The process starts with a simple form where you will add your information, upload videos and documents, and add your ‘booth staff’. You will have early access to populate your booth and have everything ready for when delegates begin to log in.
Delegates will then get access to Whova one week before the event begins. You can begin to network directly, organize virtual meetups, showcase your work and services on a live stream and collect and export leads right from your booth.
Whova has a whole host of features including a live chat feature and visible metrics showing you how many people have visited your booth.
