Speaker Profile

Michelle

 McMaster

Founder, Kintsugi Healing
Michelle has almost 40 years of experience working with children and adults who have experienced grief, loss, or trauma. She has worked closely with the funeral and care sectors for over 20 years, with a particular focus on trauma recovery and promoting positive mental health as a social worker, therapist, and trainer. Over recent years, Michelle has applied the powerful metaphor of Kintsugi* to the unpredictability of human hurt and suffering to create ‘Kintsugi Healing’, a compassionate, patient, effective method for promoting healing and lasting change. This is combined with a deep understanding of how we can use our neurology and physiology more consciously to help ease pain and support recovery.
