Jade Irwin currently works for The Fostering Network and is the Vice President of the YMCA National Executive Committee. Jade has relayed that she drinks copious amounts of coffee, and thoroughly enjoys a long walk listening to a good podcast. She is passionate about nurturing environments both inside and outside work, the processes of rupture and repair in professional and personal relationships, and in regulation of self and co-regulation with others.
