Niki McGlynn -Organised Mind

Niki is a specialist in helping people who are (or think they are) neurodivergent through movement programmes or coaching.  Movement programmes target retained primitive reflexes, improving connections through the brain by working with the brain’s ability to change itself via neuroplasticity. Niki is neurodivergent herself and has two children who are also neurodivergent so she has a good understanding of the challenges from the inside!

Niki teaches Rhythmic Movement Training, a practical, simple and accessible movement programme which helps improve focus, concentration, emotional regulation by focusing on integrating retained primitive reflexes.  These courses are ideal for therapists or any discipline looking to support their neurodivergent clients, teachers or parents.

Niki also works with businesses to help them understand their neurodiverse workforce, through half or full-day workshops or short presentations and she also speaks on all aspects of neuro diversity and primitive reflexes.
