Overview
Frontline workers and first responders, such as paramedics, firefighters, police officers, and healthcare professionals, are indispensable to society’s well-being. However, the physical and emotional demands of their roles can profoundly impact their mental health and quality of life. This webinar aims to support frontline workers, their supervisors, and families in recognising early signs of trauma, understanding available support, and adopting preventive, stigma-free approaches to mental health.
