Join us this summer, for an informal networking Walk & Talk event that will round off the year before we break for summer. Bring your own packed lunch and enjoy a coffee on us, as we explore the beautiful surrounding of Lagan Valley Regional Park at Shaws Bridge.

This facilitated walk, led by our associate partners, will be a perfect opportunity to continue the connections and collaborations we have built throughout the year, while we enjoy a much-needed stretch of the legs, outside in nature.

We will meet at the Lock Keepers Cottage Cafu00e9 at 12pm for a coffee or tea on us, as we gather and make some introductions. The walk will commence at 12.30pm from the cafu00e9, for 1 hour, at a leisurely pace. We will return to the cottage area around 1.30pm where you can find a spot to enjoy your packed lunch or alternatively the cafu00e9 has a range of hot and cold food for you to choose from.

Suitable for all abilities, please let us know if you have any mobility issues or require any assistance. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and comfortable shoes. This event is weather permitting.

This event will encourage peer to peer support, shared learning, a space to discuss challenges and explore solutions while enjoying a self-care, wellbeing activity.
