Stephanie Walker
Stephanie is a Transformation Manager at The Big Life Group, with a career spanning roles like youth worker, teacher, therapist, and mentor. She co-founded the Anthony Walker Foundation, a Liverpool charity combating racism and promoting equity in memory of her brother. A mother of three, Stephanie excels in mentoring, coaching, and creative development, while enjoying music, jewelry crafting, and socializing. She is passionate about empowering others and creating supportive environments.
Dr Nicky Lidbetter
Nicky, Director of Research and Mental Health at The Big Life Group, has spent nearly 30 years enhancing mental health services. Inspired by her experience with agoraphobia, she founded the first self-help group for anxiety and has since led the development of talking therapies, crisis services, and NHS-commissioned programs. Her research focuses on digital therapeutics and peer-led models for managing anxiety and depression, aiming to improve accessibility and outcomes. As a leader and advocate, Nicky is committed to democratizing mental health care, ensuring therapies and support are accessible to all.
