Victims & Survivors Service – Providing support for those who have been affected by the Conflict/Troubles in Northern Ireland. This is can be support for individuals or organisations, the attached link also has a geographic breakdown of what help is available in your area.
Women’s Aid – The lead voluntary organisation in Northern Ireland addressing domestic and sexual violence and providing services for women and children.
Beacon House Resources – Beacon House is a team of professional, warm and highly experienced chartered psychologists, psychotherapists and occupational therapists operating out of Sussex, England. The attached link is a free online resource full of learning materials on things like Developmental Trauma, Attachment Theory, Neuro Sequential Model, Occupational Therapy, Child & Family Mental Health, with explanatory animations and links to many other useful websites.
Rethink Mental Illness – Here you’ll find a wide range of over 100 factsheets on topics from medication to the Mental Health Act, which have been created by experts at Rethink Mental Illness’ Advice and Information Service. All of them have achieved the Information Standard for their clarity and simplicity.
