Connecting the Dots – Sharing Breathwork and Yoga for people with long-term illness & trauma.
This webinar gave attendees a better understanding of how to teach & talk about Breathwork practices and share the benefits whilst also giving the practitioner an opportunity to regulate their own nervous system. Many of us know the benefits of Breathwork and Yoga in supporting the Nervous System regulation and yet many of us find it very difficult to engage in regular practice.
Experiences were also shared on how practice can be used to help clients gain valuable insights into their own bodies and conditions. Lauren and Francesca explored what the blocks are to creating regular practice, for those living with trauma and long-term illness and the impact that consistent practice has shown to have had.
This was a practical session were attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback.
